Overview
We provide compliance assessments for Part L (conservation of fuel and power) and Part O (overheating) of the Building Regulations, for both new build and existing buildings.
Using SAP, SBEM, BRUKL, heat loss and dynamic simulation, we produce design-stage and as-built calculations, EPCs and compliance reports, and advise early on the fabric and services choices needed to pass first time.
