Full strip-out and refurbishment of common areas and two upper floors to Category A in a multi-tenanted office.

Project overview

TSB is in an existing office building located in Hayes, West London. The building is multi-tenanted and was in need of refurbishment to the common areas. These works included a full strip out and refurbishment of the reception area, cafe/canteen, and gym. The work to these areas necessitated HVAC upgrades and a series of existing building defects were remediated as part of the scope. In addition to the common areas, two of the upper floors required strip-out and refurbishment to Category A. The work included the replacement of the existing air conditioning system, which was oversized and at the end of its life. In its place, we specified an exposed system with circular diffusers and compact ducting, resulting in an increased floor-to-ceiling height throughout the office floors as well as an improved aesthetic more in line with the industrial nature of the building.
